Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand our footprint across FP&A, Data, Digital Transformation, Automation, and AI services. The role is focused on expanding strategic and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience engaging VP / C-level executives, particularly in North America and a proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within strategic and named accounts by expanding relationships and uncovering new opportunities across service lines.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account penetration.
- Conduct strategic research on accounts and industries to shape tailored value propositions.
- Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events, partner ecosystem engagements).
- Collaborate with VPs / AEs to manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity creation to closure.
- Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape in FP&A, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Partner with global teams across time zones to drive alignment and execute account expansion strategies seamlessly.
Requirements
5–7 years of B2B / enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in consulting and technology services.Proven experience in expanding strategic accounts and building long-term relationships with VP / C-level executives.Strong ability to position FP&A, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions within enterprise accounts.Exceptional storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills.Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable, with a global mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environment.Preferred Skills
Domain exposure in HiTech, BFSI, Retail & CPG industries.Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools.Experience in solution-selling within FP&A, Data, AI, or Automation initiatives.
