Marketing Strategy Intern

Location : Vashi (Work from Home with occasional Saturdays WFO for shoots / meetings)

Stipend : ₹15,000 / month

Opportunity : Possible full-time role after internship

Elephant Ideas Marketing is a strategy-driven marketing agency based in Vashi, helping brands and individuals grow through storytelling, content, and community-driven campaigns.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Intern to support the founder in building personal brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and PR touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pulse of digital audiences, is creative with content ideas, and can execute with speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute personal marketing strategies for the Founder (Instagram Creator Profile & LinkedIn growth).
  • Work on Founder PR initiatives including outreach, speaking opportunities, and collaborations.
  • Ideate and script content ideas tailored for reels, shorts, and professional posts.
  • Coordinate and support during shoots (occasional Saturdays WFO in Vashi).
  • Edit short-form videos and assist with basic design / branding requirements.
  • Track growth metrics and suggest strategies for audience engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies .
  • Skills in video editing, content creation, and social media marketing .
  • Creative mindset with attention to trends, storytelling, and personal branding.
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently (WFH profile).
  • Prior exposure to creator marketing or PR is a plus.
