Advanced Backend Engineer

Backend Development Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping our engineering culture and practices. Your work directly impacts the financial lives of millions, from seamless payments to innovative banking features that enhance user experiences.

You will design APIs handling large-scale transactions, debug production issues, transform ideas into functional features, shape the engineering culture, and write maintainable code. Bonus points for frontend knowledge, startup experience, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of backend experience with any modern language, expertise in scaled systems, cloud proficiency (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker), distributed systems knowledge (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and excellent English communication skills.
