Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Mumbai. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for bakery, and exclusive desserts, and showcasing culinary skills in a luxurious setting at Otoki.

Qualifications

Bakery and Baking skills

Food Preparation and Cooking skills

Culinary Skills

Experience working in a high-end restaurant

Attention to detail and creativity in pastry making

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts is a plus

Minimum Experience of 3-4 years in standalone restaurant in Mumbai.
