Senior Art Director

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the product marketing team to produce captivating artwork across digital and print formats, aligning with the company's brand strategy.

Execution : Produce creative work efficiently, delivering consistently high-quality results and meeting tight deadlines.

Concept Development : Plan and develop innovative concepts by studying industry trends, analyzing competitors, and adhering to partner school guidelines.

Project Management : Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines.

Quality Assurance : Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner school guidelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field preferred.
• 5+ years of creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
• Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva and Figma.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience and interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable.
• Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
