Network Administration LAN and WLAN

WAN and Internet Link Monitoring and Co-ordination with ISPs / Telcos

Operational support for Network and Security related issues – Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests

Provide required support to Internal Controls, internal and external audits on Network Services

Network Capacity Monitoring, Planning and Upgrades / Downgrades, as needed LAN and WLAN Security

Support to internal initiatives / projects involving Network (LAN, WAN, Network Security)

Continuous Process Improvement on Network, Network Optimization and Security Initiatives

Good understanding of ITIL Processes such as – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset / Configuration Management, Service Reporting IT & Security Audits and Support.
