E-Commerce Manager - Marketplace Expert

Role Description

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace business including cataloging, inventory, pricing, promotions, advertising, and growth strategy. You will work closely with the founder and internal teams to ensure strong sales performance, brand visibility, and operational excellence on all platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Q.com.

• Marketplace Operations
• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart and other platforms.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, inventory updates, and warehouse communication.
• Handle FBA / Smart Fulfilment shipments, inbounding and stock availability.
• Maintain account health metrics and resolve operational issues quickly.
