Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function across multiple business verticals.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in aviation, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment pipelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Manage senior leadership hiring, volume hiring, and niche talent requirements.
- Build and mentor a strong TA team to deliver business hiring goals.
- Leverage technology, analytics, and innovative sourcing methods to optimize recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
13–20 years of progressive experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail.Proven expertise in leading large-scale hiring operations and senior leadership recruitment.Strong stakeholder management, networking, and team management skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
