Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Lead Graphic Designer. The Lead Graphic Designer will oversee all aspects of graphic design projects, including creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, and crafting effective branding material. Daily tasks will involve managing the overall aesthetics of campaigns, ensuring consistency across designs, collaborating with the marketing team for branding projects, and working on typography and layout creation to meet the needs of fashion clients. The role requires leadership in guiding and mentoring a team of designers to deliver high-quality, innovative work aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Visual Design principles for creating compelling designs.
• Proven experience in Logo Design and Branding for unique and memorable brand visuals.
• Strong skills in Typography and layout design for visually appealing and cohesive output.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in the fashion industry or with fashion brands is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
• Experience in managing a team of designers and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
