Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering at Marwadi University, located in Rajkot. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community through publications and collaborations. Additional responsibilities include developing course materials, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging with academic committees. The Assistant Professor will also be involved in organizing and participating in university events, seminars, and other academic activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the subject area and a passion for teaching and research - Power Electronics, Power Systems, Electric Vehicle, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Energy
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in curriculum development and academic planning
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and research
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant field
• Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred
