Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review Fund Operations for Private Equity structures
• Perform Accounting , Trial Balance , Journal Entries , Intercompany , and SPV-level accounting
• Handle Expense Management , Cash Management , Cash Tracking , and Reconciliations
• Work on Invoicing (Coupa) and operational workflows
• Support SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) related deliverables and documentation
• Work with instruments such as Bonds , Shares , and Equity via Public Portals
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Lead or review team outputs (Team Manager will lead the full team)

🚫 You are a CA / Chartered Accountant

🚫 You lack SPV or Private Equity operations experience

🚫 You do not have Trial Balance / core accounting exposure
