Procurement : Procurement of Packing Material as per the approved procurement process and as per scheduling
PO : Preparation of Purchase Proposals
Inventory Management : Monitoring / Analysis of movement and inventory control and ensure no stock outs.
Liasoning : Co-ordination with internal customers and external customers for better delivery of PM.
Optimization : To minimize wastages & delay deliveries of key Raw Material & Packing Material
Vendor Management : Reduction in PM Cost through sourcing of new vendors, Negotiation with Vendors as per the comparatives, Preparation of PO & Bill passing for above purchases, Responsible for timely payments to suppliers. Sourcing of alternate suppliers, alternate source & alternate grade of Key PM.
