Job descriptionManaging & troubleshooting Control-M / VTOM Application. (Configuration, Administration & Schedule Net Backup and Batch processes)Troubleshoot and configure new Control-M and VTOM agents Monitoring of gateway / Global condition server and Global alert server Backup using VERITAS Net backup Administration console Scheduling of large no of batch jobs within various range of customer requirements. Disaster Recovery Activity Resolving Incident, Changes and Problem Management User generated Requests and queries. Defining control-m and VTOM agent in node groups Start-up shutdown of CTM and VTOM components Monitoring and recycling of Control-M / EM and VTOM components (Gateway, Global Condition server, Global Alert server) Failover and recovery for control-M / EM and VTOM
