Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to support the execution of our core marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to maintain CRM accuracy, assist in outbound campaigns, and support marketing activities. This will be a 4 months internship to begin with.
Key Roles & Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
The intern will be directly responsible for supporting the execution across our core marketing and sales channels :
1. CRM Data & Sales Enablement (High Priority) :
- CRM Data Hygiene : Conduct regular checks and cleanups of our vast CRM database (including de-duplication, validating email / contact information, and organizing prospect records).
- Deal Salvaging Support : Assist the sales team by running reports and lists to identify dormant or stalled deals that can be re-engaged through email marketing or outbound sales.
- Lead List Management : Prepare and segment targeted lists for Outbound Sales campaigns, ensuring lists are accurate and adhere to data compliance policies.
2. Digital & Email Marketing Execution :
Inbound (SEO / Website) : Assist the Content Team in publishing, proofreading, and optimizing blog content on the website (CMS).Email Campaign Setup : Execute scheduled Email Marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions) using our email platform, including basic segmentation and deployment checks.Basic Reporting : Pull basic performance reports (open rates, clicks, website traffic) for inbound and email campaigns using Google Analytics or email tools.Qualifications & Skills :
Must Haves (Fresher / Junior)
Attention to Detail : Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to working with large datasets (crucial for CRM hygiene).Communication : Clear and professional written and verbal English communication.Proficiency : Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (using filters, sorting, basic formulas).Good to Have (Advantageous)
Prior exposure to any CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Hubspot) or marketing automation platform.Basic understanding of the media, tech, or digital publishing industry.Experience coordinating small-scale projects or events.
