Job Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Drive solution design, configuration, and integration of FI and CO modules with other SAP areas.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into system solutions.
• Oversee configuration of key finance processes : GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling, COPA, and Product Costing.
• Ensure alignment of S / 4HANA best practices with business processes and compliance standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical and functional consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT & UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot critical issues, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and facilitate user training sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for finance process owners and senior management.
