⚖️ Hiring : Capital Markets Lawyers (ECM / DCM) — Mumbai & Delhi
Experience : 3–8 years (Law Firms only)
What you’ll work on
- Fund-raising & offers : IPOs, QIPs, rights issues (renounceable / non-renounceable), private placements, FCCBs, public issues of bonds / debentures, buybacks, takeovers, due diligence, RHP / OD drafting.
- Advisory & compliance : Day-to-day SEBI / Stock Exchange filings, continuous disclosure, listing criteria, regulatory submissions for listed companies and intermediaries.
- DCM : Counsel issuers, underwriters, banks, investors & trustees on domestic / international debt offerings.
- ECM : Advise issuers / intermediaries on IPOs, rights issues, private placements, takeovers & buybacks.
