Role Overview

As our HR , you’ll be at the heart of building our internal team culture and people systems. From recruitment to onboarding, team engagement to policy design — you'll help shape the employee experience in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1-Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Draft compelling job descriptions and source talent across platforms

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews across departments

Assist in onboarding new hires and interns

2-People Operations & Policy

Maintain HR documentation, records, and attendance logs

Support drafting of HR policies, contracts, and compliance materials

Help structure systems around leave, payroll, and performance

3-Culture & Engagement

Organize team-building initiatives and engagement rituals

Improve internal communication and drive employee satisfaction

4-HR Analytics & Reporting

Track key HR metrics (hiring, retention, performance, etc.)

Generate monthly reports and insights for the leadership team

Who We’re Looking For

Education :

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology , or related fields

Skills & Traits :

Strong written & verbal communication

Organized and detail-oriented

Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and basic HR tools

High ownership and a proactive, people-first mindset

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup
