Role Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Services Sales Representative to join our Professional Services Sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you will drive growth within a defined set of accounts in the assigned region/territory and is accountable for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, qualifying leads, and driving all stages of the sales process for Blue Yonder’s Professional Service offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a strong desire to fuel business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives, fostering strategic partnerships between Blue Yonder and its clients.
  • Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements, driving net-new services bookings and expand into new markets, industries and verticals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder’s services to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams (such as sales support and business architects) to deliver compelling proposals and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners, clearly communicating the value of Blue Yonder’s solutions and services.
  • Stay aligned with Blue Yonder’s overall product and services strategy, ensuring sales campaigns are positioned effectively in the market.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who have a consultative selling approach and excel at managing quotas, by bringing a strong hunting mindset, and demonstrate a “never settle” attitude. The ability to propose solutions by placing the customer at the center is critical. The ideal candidate will combine customer focus, business acumen, and the drive to consistently deliver results. Key attributes include:

  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, with the skill to engage prospects in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Strong capability to understand customer needs and position solutions that effectively address business challenges.
  • High level of curiosity, adaptability, and coachability, combined with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Experience leveraging or experimenting with Generative AI tools to enhance outreach, messaging, or productivity is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work across regional time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global sales teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions).
  • Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, ABM strategies, is desirable.
