HSM Engineer - Microsoft PKI

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced HSM Engineer with expertise in deploying and managing Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting encryption solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring compliance with security best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions including CipherTrust Manager, Data Discovery & Classification, Transparent Encryption, and Cloud Key Manager.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate Hardware Security Modules (HSM) with enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on encryption, key management, tokenization, and data masking.
• Support the development of data security architecture and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for project planning and execution.
• Conduct client training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues during and after implementation.
• Ensure secure integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for key management and data protection.
• Stay updated on the latest data security technologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
