You will lead the brand’s storytelling across social platforms, engaging audiences with content that blends tradition, creativity, and commerce. Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning ○ Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. ○ Create monthly content calendars aligned with key campaigns, festivals, launches, and artisan features.
- Creative Content & Community Engagement ○ Conceptualize, write, and oversee engaging reels, posts, stories, and videos highlighting products, artisans, and process glimpses. ○ Interact with followers, respond to queries, and nurture a connected, loyal community.
- Brand Positioning & Growth ○ Establish a distinctive, heritage-rich brand presence with a modern voice. ○ Grow followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies. ○ Maintain consistent tone, aesthetic, and storytelling across platforms.
- Campaigns & Collaborations ○ Execute influencer partnerships and content collaborations with culture, design, and lifestyle creators. ○ Lead festive and sales campaigns that boost brand recall and drive traffic to online platforms.
- Data Reporting & Optimization ○ Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions. ○ Share monthly performance insights and adapt strategy based on results. Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, cultural, fashion, or D2C brands.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a genuine love for Indian culture, crafts, and design.
- Hands-on experience with reels, creative direction, and content production.
- Experience in influencer marketing and running paid social campaigns is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
