TCS is looking for Storage Administrator

Experience : 6-10 years

Location : Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set : ZTE Storage

Must have skill :

ZTE storage : configuration items like pool, host, Lun and storage pool creation, extending existing Luns and storage pools. Migration in between storage pools and external storages. ZTE firmware upgrade & fixing issues by coordinating with DCS team.
Capacity Planning : Conduct capacity planning for the ZTE storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and analyze performance issues
Managing, monitoring, and maintaining the data storage infrastructure to ensure data integrity, security, and availability in ZTE environment
Use management tools to monitor disk usage, I / O performance, and other key metrics to ensure optimal system functionality.

Good to have skills :

Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for ZTE Storage, changes, and procedures. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.

Training and Knowledge Sharing : Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and other IT staff. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to ZTE storage

Good to have skills on other storage sites like HP, Huawei

Diagnosing and resolving storage-related issues and performance bottlenecks

Good team player and quick learner
