Job Title : Senior Python Backend Developer

Experience : 7–10 years

Location : BPMLinks - Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

You will architect, design, and build robust backend systems using Python and modern frameworks for cloud-native, microservices-based products. You’ll collaborate closely on API strategy, cloud adoption, and backend innovation. Strong cloud experience on AWS / Azure and leadership / mentoring skills are essential. AI / ML exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Optimize system reliability, scalability, and security
Drive CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud automation
Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold coding standards
Shape database and API design (SQL / NoSQL, REST / GraphQL)
Integrate with AI / ML pipelines when required

Requirements

Graduation in Computer Science / IT or related field

7–10 years’ experience with Python and modern backend frameworks

Deep expertise in cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), microservices, and system design

Hands-on DevOps, CI / CD, and container ecosystem exposure

Strong experience tuning databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Excellent communication and leadership / mentoring skills

Nice to Have

AI / ML exposure

Experience with distributed messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS)

Cloud cost optimization, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
