Internship Title : Inside Sales (Business Growth) Intern

Duration : 6-12 months

Location : Bangalore

Stipend : 20K per month + Incentives

CTC after conversion to FTE : 12 LPA

We’re now looking for a Business Development (Growth) Intern who wants to be at the heart of international expansion and strategy. Someone who’s excited to work directly with the founding team, shape go-to-market plans, and open new business opportunities across global markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with founders to drive global business growth — from lead generation to strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research across international geographies (US, Europe, SEA) to identify potential clients and expansion trends.
  • Build and optimize outreach systems, BD automation, and market-entry strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Operations to align growth initiatives.
  • Engage directly with decision-makers at fast-growing tech startups and HRTech players worldwide.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
  • Passion for global business, startups, and talent ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with data, tools, and modern business stacks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Notion, Apollo, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re resourceful, proactive, and outcome-driven.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months, with flexibility to extend or convert to full-time.
