About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head our Cybersecurity Business in India . This role has full P&L responsibility for the India Cybersecurity business and is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across new logo sales, farming strategic accounts, leading presales, strengthening sales operations, and ensuring technical credibility with client executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs). The Head of Cybersecurity – India will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, build trusted client relationships, grow our market share in the region and strengthen the Cybersecurity brand in India.
This leader will combine strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to position our firm as a trusted partner in digital transformation and risk management.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas :
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the India Cybersecurity growth strategy aligned to company objectives.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Cybersecurity India business.
- Drive revenue growth across new client acquisition, existing account expansion, and
- partnerships.
- Own the India cybersecurity strategy, aligning with global objectives.
- Build and lead high-performing sales and presales teams.
- Engage at the CISO and executive level, building long-term trusted relationships.
- Oversee presales, solutioning, and proposals to position differentiated offerings.
- Ensure sales discipline and pipeline rigor, driving predictable business outcomes.
- Partner with delivery leaders to ensure client success and measurable value.
- Develop India-specific market positioning, offerings, and thought leadership.
Sales & Client Engagement
Personally lead large pursuits, CISO-level conversations, and complex deal negotiations.Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to closure.Strengthen client relationships to drive expansion within strategic accounts.Partner with delivery and practice leaders to ensure client success and measurable business impact.Presales & Solutions
Lead presales efforts including solutioning, proposal development, and client workshops.Ensure strong collaboration between sales and technical presales teams.Position differentiated cybersecurity solutions that address client business and compliance needs.Sales Operations & Governance
Establish robust pipeline management, forecasting, and sales discipline.Track key metrics (pipeline velocity, win rates, client acquisition costs, revenue growth).Drive operational rigor and reporting for the Cybersecurity India business.Experience & Qualifications :
20+ years of experience in IT services / cybersecurity consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven track record of growing a 100Cr+ cybersecurity services business in India with strong P&L ownership.Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and enterprise account expansion.Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on security strategy, compliance, and digital transformation.Strong understanding of the India cyber market landscape across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom etc.Deep familiarity with key cybersecurity offerings such as MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Offensive Security, VAPT, SVS etc.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building and scaling under pressure.What We Offer
