SAP QM

Job Description :

Configure and support SAP QM across implementation enhancement and support projects.

Work on inspection lots sampling procedures catalogs quality info records and inspection plans.

Handle quality notifications (Q1 / Q2) defect management and root cause analysis.

Integrate QM with MM (incoming inspection) and PP (in-process & final inspection).

Provide ticket resolution documentation testing and user training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quality process flow.
