Job description

We are seeking to hire PMO Lead / QA Manager to Demonstrate experience as a PMO Lead / QA Manager, or similar role, with 10+ years in quality assurance (QA) and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma
  • Proven experience in setting up Quality Assurance / PMO function.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to implement QA processes in an Agile environment.

PMO Responsibilities

  • Define overall PMO charter to enforce quality standards and procedures
  • Close tracking of MSA / SOW commitments and ensuring strict adherence – financial, contractual, SLAs, penalties
  • Monitoring and analyzing key quality metrics to track product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the SDLC.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of peer reviews and project audits to evaluate product quality.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

    • Key tasks

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the PMO function, ensuring all activities align with business goals
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure contractual, quality risks are mitigated throughout SDLC.
  • SOW level tracker for all milestones and deliverables; account level SOW tracker
  • Financial forecasting based on how SOW milestones are defined.
  • Monitor progress, defect trends, and product performance, providing status updates to senior management.
  • Work closely with the Dexian Quality team (GRQC) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Ensure all product releases meet defined quality criteria before they are delivered to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.

    • Shift hours : 2.00 to 11.00pm IST
