We are seeking a talented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process (Spain) team at Mercer . This role will be based in Noida . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

What can you expect?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process team for Spain process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate processing of benefit enrolments, changes, and claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and employees to address queries, provide guidance on benefit options, and ensure a seamless benefits experience. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
We will count on you to -
Review, process, and administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards for our European clients.
Verify and validate benefit documentation (primarily in Spanish) for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility, making informed decisions on enrollments, adjustments, or escalations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when necessary, with onshore teams to resolve queries, clarify benefit options, and obtain additional information.
Handle email inquiries and client / employee queries related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain comprehensive records of all benefit activities and support the preparation of reports to track process efficiency and compliance.
Assist in training team members and updating process documentation to promote knowledge sharing and consistency.
Promote a culture of accuracy and first-time right processing.
Support self-development initiatives, including cross-training and soft skills enhancement.
Contribute to process improvement projects and quality initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
What you need to have :
Must be a graduate with Mathematics as a subject
Good knowledge of Spanish Language (proficient)
2+ years of experience purely in insurance or Healthcare
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Experience in Email query handling for health insurance products
Should be good at basic calculations - calculating prorated benefits, calculating final benefits
