• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to freight pay systems and ERP platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize freight pay processes, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support front-end development tasks and resolve technical issues with Java SE and HTML.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Atomic Scheduling Tool for job execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve system issues effectively.
• Diagnose, document, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams where necessary.
