As we scale rapidly, we are hiring a Senior IT Recruiter who can attract top-tier tech talent and support HR processes across India and UAE.
🔷 Role Overview
This senior position owns end-to-end technical hiring , talent pipeline development, and core HR operational support. You will work closely with leadership to scale ETI’s engineering teams for global projects across multiple domains.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all technical roles across India & UAE.
- Source high-quality candidates using , Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, etc.
- Conduct in-depth screening for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview rounds with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams.
- Drive offer discussions, closures, and maintain minimal hiring turnaround time.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for upcoming project needs.
Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
Work closely with Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and the CEO .Provide weekly hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and hiring projections.Align recruitment strategy with project demands and scaling plans.HR & Operational Responsibilities
Support onboarding : documentation, induction, tool access, and first-week planning.Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.Assist with attendance / leave tracking and performance documentation.Conduct new-joiner check-ins and support culture-building activities.Manage recruitment trackers, HR metrics, and weekly hiring performance data.Coordinate with staffing vendors and evaluate their performance.Support exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding when required.Employer Branding
Create and publish job postings and hiring campaigns.Strengthen ETI’s employer branding across and talent communities.Promote ETI’s engineering culture to attract high-quality candidates.Process Improvement
Enhance recruitment workflows, SOPs, and HR processes.Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.🔷 Requirements
5–8 years of proven experience in IT / Tech recruitment (startup experience preferred).Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Node.js, Python, Golang, DevOps, QA, AI / ML, Cloud).Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closure skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.Experience with UAE or international hiring is a plus.🔷 Why ETI?
