Role Overview :
The Senior Visualizer – Team Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, leadership, and attention to detail to guide the design team and ensure consistent visual excellence across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, graphic designers, and junior creatives.
- Conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital assets.
- Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and web teams to ensure creative alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee the entire design process — from brainstorming and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high creative standards.
- Review and approve all visual materials before client submission or publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Communicate directly with clients (where required) to understand requirements and present creative concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the creative team to enhance output quality.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow within the design team.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.5-6 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a passion for perfection and aesthetics.Key Attributes :
