Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Articled Assistant 5 Post at SPARS & Co., located in Raipur. The selected candidate will assist in a variety of tasks, including accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting compliance checks, assisting in audit processes, maintaining records, and supporting senior team members in project execution. While the role is primarily office-based in Raipur, some work-from-home flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting

Experience with Auditing and Compliance processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, and Financial Analysis Tools

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pursuing or completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) program, or equivalent

Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
