Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an SSC English Teacher. The SSC English Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging English lessons, preparing students for SSC-level exams, and tracking their academic progress. Additional responsibilities include providing individualized support to students, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, and effectively communicating with students and staff to ensure a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Education, with a strong grasp of SSC-level curriculum
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching techniques designed to facilitate effective learning
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with students, delivering lectures, and providing constructive feedback
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and ensure student success
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in teaching SSC exam preparation or relevant fields is advantageous
• Open to innovative teaching practices and dedicated to student outcomes
• Fluent in Hindi
