ServiceNow Developer-ITOM - CREQ Description Implement and manage ITOM modules within ServiceNow including Event Management Service Mapping and Operational Intelligence.

Configure and maintain monitoring tools, thresholds and alerts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve IT incidents.

Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery to identify and map IT assets.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date CMDB records.

Define and enforce CMDB standards and best practices.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts JavaScript Jelly etc to automate processes and integrate with other systems

Create and manage RESTful APIs web services, and data integrations

Customize and extend ServiceNow applications using client-side and server-side scripting

Design and implement new modules, workflows, and forms

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or equivalent certification

6-8 years of hands-on experience in ITOM Discovery and ServiceNow administration

Proficiency in JavaScript REST APIs and web services
