Job description
  • 7+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with minimum 3 Project implementations experience.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud (preferably both Partner and Customer Community experience)
  • Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills;

    • will be expected to express platform knowledge frequently

    • Strong back-end development experience. Triggers, Trigger frameworks, Apex, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, Soql, Webservices, implementing best practices etc
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce order of execution
    • Experience building Lightning Web Components, Aura Components
    • Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce orgs
    • Experience with Git and Git repositories;

      • Github, Bitbucket, AzureDevOps, etc

    • Experience deploying metadata;

      • Eclipse w / Ant, MavensMate, Vscode w / SFDX etc or using any major tool, Copado, Gearset, Blue Canvas, Autorabit, Gear set

    • Experience developing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services (SOAP / REST), middleware (e.G., MuleSoft), and ETL tools
    • Experience in coding with pre-defined static code rules and peer code reviews.
    • Experience working in Agile framework.
    • Hands on experience in MuleSoft in debugging integration issues.
