Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Lawyer. The Freelance Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing case merits, and offering guidance on dispute resolutions. Additional responsibilities include legal research, compliance advisory, and ensuring timely delivery of legal services through the platform. This role requires proactive client communication and collaboration with the India Lawshield team to maintain service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal drafting, document review, and contract analysis.
• Strong legal research and case evaluation skills.
• Experience in dispute resolution, negotiation, and client advisory.
• Knowledge of compliance, legal frameworks, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality results.
• Professional degree in Law and active registration with the Bar Council.
• Prior experience with technology-driven legal platforms is a plus.
