About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist who will not only lead talent acquisition efforts but also support broader HR and operational functions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement methods.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and support.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operations responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software / ATS tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.Experience in managing additional operations tasks will be an added advantage.
