Job Title : HR Recruitment Specialist

Location : Agra , Uttar Pradesh

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist who will not only lead talent acquisition efforts but also support broader HR and operational functions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement methods.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and support.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operations responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software / ATS tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience in managing additional operations tasks will be an added advantage.
