Job description1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting and bending.
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, providing a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and common areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.
