Key Responsibilities

• 24x7 System Monitoring : Actively monitor stability and performance of mission-critical trading platforms across 4 global data centers
• Production Support : Provide monitoring and support for hosted applications on Linux and Windows systems
• Incident Management : Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident management
• Systems Maintenance : Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Linux and Windows system software
• Troubleshooting : Detect and resolve software, hardware issues in high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment
• SLA Management : Ensure standards and response times are met with proper escalation procedures
• Automation : Automate existing operating procedures and apply application-specific updates
• Cross-team Collaboration : Interface with engineering teams to coordinate resolution activities
