Partner with Marketing, Sales and Client Servicing teams to agree objectives and target audiences.
Develop and implement strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with KPIs and goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention).
Segment email lists based on a variety of metrics.
Identify gaps in data and create means of developing greater segmentation
Work with copywriter to develop stories that will resonate with audience.
Work with designer to design and build visually appealing and responsive email templates
Manage email campaign execution, including scheduling and A / B testing different subject lines, content, and send times.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all email communications.
Maintain and grow healthy email subscriber lists through effective opt-in strategies and list hygiene practices.
Ensure compliance with optouts.

Increase in email open rates and click-through rates.
Growth in qualified leads generated through email campaigns.
Improvement in conversion rates (e.g., sales, signups) from email marketing efforts.

Desirable Competencies :
2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign strategy.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging internal facing content.
Proficiency in data analysis (via tools such as PowerBI or Tableau) and interpretation of email marketing metrics. Basic knowledge of SQL is desired but not essential.
