Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for technology-driven growth? Datamatics is looking for a highly motivated Sales & New Business Development professional to drive IT & Digital solution sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our overall business expansion.
About the Role
As part of our growth team, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, leveraging your network, and positioning Datamatics’ IT & Digital offerings across target industries. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to achieve sales goals and shape long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Datamatics offerings and value proposition .
- Leverage your network and industry connections to generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers for IT & Digital services.
- Handle and mentor a team to achieve collective sales goals.
- Stay informed about market trends , competitor landscape , and emerging technologies.
- Understand the customer buying cycle and strategically drive new logo acquisition — especially Must Have Accounts (MHA) .
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, networking, and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Identify and map business strengths and align them with customer needs.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Experience : 8–15 years overall in sales and business development.IT Services Expertise : Proven experience selling IT and digital solutions, including LCNC, Cloud, AI, managed services, and app modernization .Industry Knowledge : Exposure to Banking (BFSI) or Manufacturing verticals preferred.Regional Experience : Must have operated in the Mumbai region for at least 3 years.Networking Skills : Strong professional connections within BFSI and Manufacturing sectors.Tech Awareness : Well-read and capable of understanding customer tech requirements.Team Leadership : Prior experience in leading and motivating a sales team.Interested candidates kindly share your resumes on shikha@digifocal.in
