Role Description – Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern, you’ll be the bridge between people and purpose. You’ll help us find and manage amazing talent, build internal culture, and support daily HR operations — all while learning what it truly takes to run a research-driven team.

Your day-to-day may include :

  • Assisting in hiring and onboarding new interns and team members.
  • Supporting HR documentation, performance tracking, and coordination.
  • Brainstorming and implementing ideas to make our workplace more engaging and efficient.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity to understand how teams work, what motivates people, and how to build a strong culture.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

    • What you'll learn

  • The process of building teams from scratch — from role design to onboarding.
  • Exposure to multiple domains like tech, marketing, and content operations.
  • Direct mentorship from founders and department leads.

    • Qualifications

    We don’t care about degrees or CV padding. What we care about is :

  • A genuine interest in HR, people, and culture.
  • Strong writing and communication skills (English is a must; Hindi is a plus).
  • Critical thinking and curiosity — the backbone of everything we do.
