Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Lead corporate and institutional sales, including CSD, INS, bulk gifting, and reward redemption programs (both in India & Internationally).
Manage and motivate the Regional teams; report directly to the National Sales Head.
Collaborate with design & production teams to create customized products and ensure on-time delivery.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, and channel partners.
Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.
Hiring Profile :
Master’s degree with 5–20 years of experience in corporate / institutional sales or business development.
Strong retail industry network and proven business development capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.
Passion for premium products and brand-building.
