Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software implementations for new and existing clients, conducting product training, and managing client relationships from implementation through go-live.

• Analyse client requirements and configure the software systems accordingly.
• Conduct software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on software functionalities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact the implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any technical or functional issues.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure software functionality and data integrity.
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented software solutions, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software implementation
