Internal Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Communication Strategy & Design Execution : Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
- Maintain a structured internal communication calendar for key initiatives and campaigns.
- Design and deliver compelling content across formats—newsletters, memos, infographics, videos, blogs, and presentations.
- Simplify complex business messages into clear, accessible, and visually engaging communication materials.
- Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand identity across all employee communications.
- Platform & Content Management : Manage and enhance internal communication channels, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Intranet, and digital displays.
- Create and maintain visually appealing templates and assets to standardize communication formats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with senior leadership and business teams to design communication strategies for organizational updates and change management.
- Work closely with the People Experience team to support campaigns on culture, recognition, employer branding, and learning initiatives.
- Measurement & Insights : Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns through surveys, polls, and analytics.
- Present quarterly insights through visually designed reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Event Communication & Experience Design : Design creative collaterals for employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural events.
- Conceptualize and manage branded merchandise, gifts, and internal swag aligned with employee experience goals.
- Support event communication with digital invitations, posters, backdrops, and other creative assets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in internal / corporate communications, ideally in the IT or technology sector.Proven experience in designing visual communication assets.Skills & Competencies
You will also require :
Proficiency in internal communication tools : MS Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and email platforms.Strong design expertise in Canva and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a distinct advantage.Ability to create high-quality visuals, layouts, and infographics for digital and print.Technical Skills :
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Ability to merge written content with creative design to maximize engagement.Soft Skills :
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative thinker with a strong design sensibility.
