We are committed to empowering students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.Role OverviewAs a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Sales : Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.- Consultative Selling : Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.- Revenue Growth : Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.- Negotiation & Closing : Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.- Home Visits : Conduct home demonstrations to engage with leads in person and showcase product offerings.Desired Skills & Competencies- Strong sales acumen with a result-oriented mindset- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems- Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team playerQualifications- Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience- At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K–12 or test preparation)- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineWork Conditions- 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)- Must own a laptop / device for work-related tasksLocations : Pune | Nagpur | Hyderabad
