Job Description :
Varni Tourism is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and promoting domestic and international travel packages.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits
Understand customer needs and offer tailored travel solutions
Promote tourism packages (domestic & international)
Handle customer inquiries, prepare itineraries, and close bookings
Maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Collaborate with marketing and operations team to enhance customer experience
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (Tourism or Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in travel / tourism sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and travel platforms
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
