Job descriptionOversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits in coordination with auditors Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure financial stability Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost reports, and variance analysis for management Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, LC, BG, and other financial instruments Review and manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and receivables Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory records Drive process improvements and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
