We're hiring a Paid Media Boss — someone who’s built, optimised, and scaled Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. Not someone who manages ads — someone who owns the outcome .
What You’ll Be Doing Own and scale paid acquisition across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
Build full-funnel strategies — from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention
Test creatives, audience segments, hooks, copy, and landing pages — continuously
Collaborate with design, CRO, email, and analytics teams to drive conversion
Build reports, track CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER — and act on insights
Manage (or build) a small media buying team — or fly solo like a pro
Work directly with founders or senior stakeholders and advise on budget and channel mix
You Might Be Perfect If… You’ve scaled D2C campaigns and understand how to turn clicks into customers profitably
You speak fluent ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, MER
You’ve worked with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K / month — and made every penny count
You’ve run campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads more hours than you’d like to admit
You love testing, tracking, tweaking — and winning
