Job Title : Project Manager – Website Development

Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad

Work Mode : WFO

Job Type : Full-Time

Required Exp. – 5+ years.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of website development projects, SEO strategies, PowerPoint presentations, logo design, and various other digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and website development processes. This role will require you to interact with clients, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects such as website development, SEO strategies, branding, logo design, and digital presentations (PowerPoint, etc.).
Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning project goals with client expectations and business objectives.
SEO Strategy : Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
Quality Control : Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with client requirements and expectations.
Reporting & Documentation : Track project progress, generate status reports, and document project deliverables and timelines for internal and client records.
Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks or issues and work to mitigate them before they impact project success.
Training & Guidance : Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications :

Experience : At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on website development, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.

Skills :

Proven expertise in managing digital projects, including website development, SEO, and logo design.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).

Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with teams.

Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).

Experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations for clients.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Soft Skills :

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento).

Knowledge of website design trends and responsive web design principles.

Ability to create engaging client presentations and reports.
