Desktop Support Specialist

Job Location : - Malad, Mumbai

Exp Required : - 6 months to 3 Years

Tech Check / Desktop Support / 24 / 7 Work from office- L1 Support

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support : Respond to user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Installation & Configuration : Set up new systems, install applications, and configure peripherals.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues remotely or on-site.
• Maintenance : Perform routine checks, updates, and repairs on IT equipment.
• Documentation : Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• User Training : Educate users on new software, basic troubleshooting, and IT policies.
• Security Compliance : Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and install antivirus software.

 Proven experience in desktop or technical support roles

 Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments

 Knowledge of office automation tools and computer peripherals

 Understanding of network security and antivirus programs

 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

 good communication and customer service skills
